About Ellis

Ellis Palmer is a undergraduate student at the University of Birmingham, where he reads European Studies (Politics) and Hispanic Studies.

He was been involved with the Liberal Democrats from September 2012 until May 2014; he was previously a Labour Party member, holding positions within Young Labour at a local and regional level. He was the Chair of West Midlands Liberal Youth.

He is the Disabled Students’ Officer for the 2013-14 academic year at the University of Birmingham’s Guild of Students.

In his spare time, Ellis enjoys speaking Spanish, travelling around Europe, supporting Manchester City Football Club, fundraising for Stick ‘n’ Step (a charity he has been a part of since 2002), and drinking coffee (often at Six Eight Kafe in Birmingham).
